These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Wealth Builders Agent Operations Portal at wealthbuilders-agents.com (the "Portal"), operated by Wealth Builders ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.
Purpose of the Portal
The Portal is an internal operations resource for agent onboarding, licensing support, and agent communications. It is provided for informational and operational purposes for our agents. It does not offer, sell, or describe any products or services to the general public.
Eligibility and accounts
Access to agent tools requires valid credentials issued to you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, including for misuse or violation of these Terms.
Acceptable use
- Use the Portal only for its intended agent-operations purpose.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
- Do not interfere with, disrupt, or misuse the Portal or its security features.
- Do not use the Portal for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
SMS / text messaging terms
By opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to receive operational SMS (text) messages related to agent onboarding, licensing, scheduling, reminders, and account notifications.
- Message frequency may vary based on your onboarding and account activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help.
- Mobile providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of becoming an agent or of any purchase.
No mobile information, including text messaging opt-in data and consent, will be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with the service providers that help us operate our messaging program (such as our text-messaging platform), and only as needed to deliver the messages you have requested. How we handle messaging data is described further in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party links and systems
The Portal may link to third-party systems, including the secure agent tools used for sign-in. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites and services. Your use of those systems is governed by their own terms and policies.
Intellectual property
The Portal and its content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Portal content except as needed for your role as an agent.
Disclaimer
The Portal is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wealth Builders will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Portal.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Portal means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
