This Portal is intended for our agents, not for the general public.

- Onboarding and licensing information needed to support your onboarding and credentialing, such as documents and status details you submit.
- Communications you send to us, including support requests and messaging preferences.

SMS / text messaging
If you opt in, we may send operational SMS (text) messages related to agent onboarding, licensing, scheduling, reminders, and account notifications. The following terms apply to our messaging program:
- Consent. You will only receive text messages after you opt in (for example, by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive messages). Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of becoming an agent or of any purchase.
- Message frequency. Message frequency may vary based on your onboarding and account activity.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile provider and plan.
- Opt out. You can cancel messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts, unless you opt in again.

- Delivery. Mobile providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
